Your First Visit
After being greeted by our friendly front desk team, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room where a member of our staff will begin the appointment by taking a few diagnostic images and X-rays. Then, you’ll get to meet Dr. Rana, who will take a few minutes to get to know you and ask about your dental history. From there, he’ll perform a complete oral exam, share his observations with you, make treatment recommendations, and then you’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like.
Patient Forms
Now, you can fill out our patient forms in the comfort of your own home, so you don’t have to spend extra time in our dental office before your appointment! Just click on the link below to download our forms and complete them whenever and wherever you want. When the day of your visit arrives, just bring them with you so we can check you in fast! This can easily save you 15-20 minutes! Please let us know if you have any issues accessing our forms.
